Is it me or is their calender a bit iffy and can someone just clarify a point for me again, is the 40 days, just working days or 40 days from delivery, Thankyou

Its 40 days from delivery, giving them a couple of days to receive it their 40 days would be up.....er yesterday

Thanks that was my thought too but after a while you start to doubt yourself, must be the age thing...........but I've got loads to keep up with, cant believe what I've let myself in for:crazy: he's got so many

Well Egg aren't the easiest to claim from, but i think they just roll over when you file at court, you might wanna remind them of their obligations under the DPA.

dont know if this helps but i got my statments after 14 days when i asked for them online.....though secure messages....might be worth a go.
