Very old Sainsbury's credit card, sold to Arrow global in 2011, managed by Dysden Fairfax since 2011.
In 2023, assignment from Arrow global to Arrow
Poplar, and managed by Capquest, still paying through Drysdens, as acting solicitors.
Submitted a sar recently , received cca and terms,had statements going back to 2011, no default notice and statements missing back to Inception in 2025.
Went back to Drysdens and formally requested missing statements of account and default notice.
Also mentioned on the missing statements there were several late payment fees of £25.00.
Drysdens got back yesterday with the cca and terms, and said they are closing the account and we would need to contact Capquest.
Any advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated.
