    Claim against me from Lowell and overdales.

    Hi iv received a claim form from Overdales and Lowell iv filed my AOC and my defence Overdales sent me a copy of my credit agreement and term and conditions looks like purchase ledger copies of statements not true copies Notice of assignment and default notice iv been told that its best to pay up if it gets to court iv no chance of winning.
