  • Egg card form 2000

I have requested a CCA from PRA group in relation to an egg card that was taken out in 2000. I initially received an email stating that no documents could be found and no action taken. I have now received a reconstituted document that is just Barclays varied rate T&Cs with no amounts, no dates and my current address (not my address from 2000) typed in as an introduction stating that the following is an agreement between myself and Barclays - the original agreement was with egg. Where do I stand with this and what should I do moving forward?

What's the full story please. Why have asked for the CCA? Are PRA chasing you for money owed? Is the alleged debt statute-barred?
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

PRA are chasing, card was taken out in 2000, all good until 2021, lockdown loss of employment etc etc. so not statute barred.
