Moorcroft debt recovery limited letter dated 15.5.20 re tesco bank its a credit card £4325.38 moorcroft want me to contact them to discuss account I'm in area's with account due to benefits dla being stopped when pip was filled I have to every thing by phone I'm registered under mental health help needed please

Moorcroft have no powers only collection (on commission agents) they will pester in the hope you give them monies. but they cannot take you to court. await next tesco move probably in the end sale the account to some debt purchaser for pennies, see what other say on here, you could write recorded delivery that you are classed as Vulnerable person if that is true? but that is all
