Saga cards

saga closed their credit cards and passed to link financial they said all terms and conditions stay the same
so today I get a letter saying please pay full amount off or if you want to pay instalments we suggest £150 a month bearing in mind the minimum payment was £20
can they do this and if I can’t pay £150 will it go against my credit report
thank you
