So I brought a phone from Tesco, it went faulty within a couple of months and was returned to them, at their request. They didn't return the phone or provide a refund.
I claimed against Barclaycard as s75 but they refused saying it wasn't a breach of contract. I took it to the Ombudsman, who also state that no breach of contract occurred even though it breached the Consumer Rights Act in multiple areas
So more than a year later, I have no phone, no money and no one seems to be responsible. It seems unbelievable
Is there a link between the Consumer Rights Act and s75 Credit Act?
