Hi wondered if anyone can help I've have applied for PPI claim and it was rejected it has been passed to the Ombudsman initially the adjudicator who has also rejected the claim - I have asked that this be passed to the Ombudsman as I do not agree with the ruling . I have spoken to the Adjudicator on the phone she partially agreed with me but stated that because no-one was there at the time there is no evidence to say that I did not agree to PPI (account cover) as it was then .... Basically I have signed the credit contract for an Evans Card the sales lady said I'll take care of the rest ... And the PPI box has been placed with a Y I never did this ? No-one ever explained PPI to me and I wasn't even asked if I wanted it ? Is there any other evidence I can give to add to my case I have 2 weeks ? Thank you in advance
