Well took them 2 months but Capital0ne have finally placed a default on my credit file.
Am I bothered? It's not the first and I don't suppose it'll be the last.

So are you still paying them what you agreed?
      Did you CCA them?

Still paying the agreed monthly amount. I haven't requested CCA yet, going to wait and see what happens when they think the payment plan is going to end:grin:

Agreement extended for another 5 months at £3.00 a month.

Mind you they have moved the payment date forward by about 9 days and stated that any missed/late payments will invalidate the agreement.

Well it's that time again. Another letter another I/E form to be completed and signed(lol)

Think it's time to work out some figures see what the charges + contractual interest adds up and whether now is the time to hit them with a claim.

This thread is over 12 months old now CJ I would deffo have a look at the figures see how you fair re reclaiming.
Don't think you will have made a big hole in it lol with what you have been paying but maybe charges plus Ci may just about halve the debt.

They did stop adding interest when I entered the payment plan but the charges are all £20 so my next step will depend on how much the figures come to.

If the figure is high enough I'll start a claim, if it's too low, I'll ignore their letter and carry on with my payments and see what happens.
