All the contact details in the list above are for people in the Litigaton department

These people will not know anything about your claim till you have filed at court and Baclays have submitted
a defence.

I belive that Barclays usually are willing to settle about a month before an Actual court date.

As some contacts are better & more helpful than others, it may depend when they will be willing to settle.

My contact was Kate who agreed a settlement approx 4.5 weeks before my case, therefore I didnt need to do a bundke for them.
