mrs stevokenevo settled with cap one this morning, minus CCI much to my dismay.
Decided a trip to Nottingham from Glasgow, to argue for CCI isnt worth it, and seeing as we are getting married 4 weeks today, the dosh will come in handy none the less, so in short she has got her charges, + Interest on the charges + 8% stat, + court fee.

PS sorry for not starting my own thread, just filling yooz in though ;-)

Well done Stevo and Jan. We could do a job lot of letters to the Courts now to stop the claims lol. Am on my way to court to file N1 for Blokes Natwest card so might take em a letter at the same time.

Delta - they told me 14 working days which would have been this Wednesday, seems they're leaving till the last minute, I'm sure yours will be here soon.

Thanks Enaid. I'll need the extra dosh to finance the fuel for all those trips up the motorway to Stafford lol. We're going to see Prince on Saturday, had a good chat with them the other night, he says Jess can go and stay in the caravan in the garden 28 acres) in the hols, and take her own pony as well, possibly. Brilliant or what??

Two in the pipeline actually, just filed N1 for OH Natwest, and sent Prelim for his Crap One. And I'm waiting for statements from Citi........
