And have remembered OH used to have a Cap One card, gonna have a rummage about see if I can find his account number. And his Barclaycard is looking a bit grim......

This Cap One dosh (if and when I get it) will be spent wisely - Christmas is coming. But that's after I've bought us a flat screen telly for our bedroom....gotta have a bit of a treat, I'm fed up of being the responsible one

Have now posted letter. lets see how long it takes them to pay up.......

Delta - I asked for a copy of CCA, which they sent, except it wasn't one. I left this out of my calculations, so to speak, and didn't pursue it, just filed N1 for the charges etc. They should treat it as two separate things so I think you'll find they might cough up with you soon, fingers crossed for you xx

lot of that going around lately.... silly so-in-so's doing the same thing to sappy one tells her one thing...one tells her another!!!

just make sure you don't cancel anything till your cheque has cleared (although i'm sure you wont)
