I hope so! Don't think my principles are strong enought to turn anything down though! As long as i get the charges and the Court fee I'd be happy. Just have to wait and see

Got home Friday to find a letter from Cap One. Denying that I have any case and they have no claim to answer.

However the next paragraph says as a gesture of goodwill blah blah blah.......They're paying up my whole claim! Have cleared my balance down to nil and are sending me a cheque for the remainder.! Caharges, CI, s.69 and court fees. Result!

But not stopping case till I've got the cheque.
