        Update...

Unfortunatley, nothing has been happening the last couple of weeks with anythig or with regard to my capone claim due to me being struck down with a bad chest infection after getting cold/flu symptoms. I have been so run down with lack of sleep the past few nights and have been either laying zombified on the sofa or in bed. I ended up in Kingston A+E one night on a nebuliser after having trouble breathing.

Ive been prescribed a stronger course of antibiotics to take and Christmas is looming ahead and I'm hoping I can shift this infection in time, otherwise its not gonna be much fun .... I havent even been able to go out and buy prezzies.

          Update..

          Hi All

I am gonna hold off filing my N1's for Capone and PPI ,it will only be for a short while, while I try and sort out my sister-in-laws bailiff fees claim. I cant take too much on right now, as i'm still getting over this bloody chest infection. One claim is quite enough for me to deal with before Christmas. I also have a lot to do in the Christmas department lol.

My SIL has a son who has Achondraplaisia (my nephew) so she really doesnt have the time to do it herself. This is why I am preparing her claim on her behalf, and I really dont mind doing it for her.

She rung CCS Enforcement up yesterday to chase up the SAR documents relating to her account. They have told her she will recieve her docs either this morning or Saturday morning (tomorrow) She has told me she wants to try and claim a refund as soon as possible, before xmas.
(which Ive warned her it may not be that quick, claiming is a long process, but we can try lol )) She lost 650 quid to the bailiffs, which is a lot of money for her to lose.

I will update on the 'Sister-in-laws parking ticket/bailff visit' thread as soon as she receives her docs.

              Hi Tuttsi xx

Yes I have lol. Im trying to catch up and I feel as if ive been chained to the sofa the last couple of weeks with my hot water bottle and LB (which I must admit, im not complaining LOL ),but chores still need to be attended to around the house. It hasnt been easy cos ive been so lethargic and not had much energy to do it.
No decs up yet and I still havent bought many xmas prezzies, I would like to go out and buy some lol. Ive bought some bits and pieces online,so that has helped a bit.

                Hiya BF,

I know exactly how you are feeling, I was on steroids for 2 weeks because I could not breathe that well. - Scary

You can buy some prezzies on internet - John Lewis I know are having a 20% off online purchases, as I had an email from them yesterday. If you could get out to Woolworths they are knocking loads off of toys, cd's etc.

                  Hi BF

Know how you feel I had a chest infection recently as well. Felt like I could not pull the skin off a rice pudding! Now back to work ,loads to catch up on and I have only got one xmas pressie so far. So I am really panicking.
