Morgan Stanley/Goldfish

Hiya everyone,
Finally received SAR from Morgan Stanley /Goldfish (2000-2005) today for my O/H but was told there is no statements were produced from Oct 2002 to Nov 2002, Feb 2003 to March 2003 & Nov 2004.

Another thing really bothers me because I've noticed the address in the statements that we didn’t move til 2003! Could I send them another letter for incomplete SAR & point them out about the address?

Shira, I'm confused as to what they have sent you and what is still outstanding.

They do not have to provide you with statements, only the relevant information they hold on you. Would you clarify your post a little please.

I mean the addresses & the dates are incorrect saying we lived in a location in the year 2000 but we didnt move there until 2003

Did they send you the correct information you requested in your SAR or just some of it?
