I've decided to appeal. The sheriffs themselves haven't been coherent.

The sheriff ruled that my fresh case was "res judicata" (already decided), despite ruling that the fraud aspect wasn't.

The sheriff principal backed him up but also mentioned a few other aspects of the case that weren't res judicata.

Neither interested in seeing justice done on their watch!

The judge in the Inner House did have the good grace to acknowledge that the earlier Inner House ruling was dubious but whether he'll grease the wheels of justice or slam on the brakes will be determined this summer.

The purpose of res judicata is not to block justice. If anyone has any quotes from legal texts that support this, please advise.

I've a few weeks to prepare the grounds of appeal.

Hi Folks,

More dishonesty from Scotland's judiciary continues to block our path to justice.

According to the latest trio, victims need to predict the future.

They ruled:

"All damages past, present and future must be claimed in the original action"!

I'm trying to find a way back to the UK Supreme Court to sort this mess out.

Failing that I'll consider launching an action in the Royal Court of Justice to try and avoid having to go crying to Europe.

All the time, both governments show no interest in protecting victims of banking crime from injustice.
