Can anyone help??? , barclaycard took over my Morgan Stanley / goldfish card in September 2008 ., it was already defaulted in 2007 , they defaulted it again in October 2009, they refused to supply me with the orognal default notice from Morgan Stanley , and I never received a default notice from barclaycard , I have been asking them to supply the details for 2 years or remove it , they have now removed the default and offered me £150 in compensation which I find far from satisfactory ! Could any one please advise , I think it should be a larger sum ??
