hi just a quick update in regards to the complaint letter i send to lowell and mkdpllp lowell replied and still looking and investagating the matter but mkdpllp havent replied to the letter i send them on the 28/09/2013. any suggestion thanks in advance.

If they are not hassling you, I'd just leave sleeping dogs snooze away...

What Nibbler suggested is very wise: :yo:

(1) Wait until you are sure the debt is statute barred.

(2) Then write to the DCA making the points in post#6

(3) Then if they refuse to remove or correct take the matter to the FOS AND ICO. Hopefully at that point your complaint will get given to an adjudicator who has a clue what they are taling about, as the one you spoke to obviously does not.

hi just an update with both the dca received a letter from lowell they said that they are going to remove the default notice from the account as a good gesture and i would received no letter from them. and no reply from mkdpllp when i checked my credit report today this morning lowell is not showing but mkdpllp mark the account as settled. shall i request them to remove it or as i have already logged a complaint with ICO about MKDPLLP. any suggestion guys. and thanks for all your help. it was very much helpful.

hi just an quick update mkdpllp now finally removed their account from my credit report now after ICO wrote to them. tMassive thanks to all the members on here who have guided me through tough time like this, very much appreciated and thank you all once again. :santa_wink:
