    Haha yes I emailed them asking if and when the default will be removed and they replied saying it will be removed and will take 30-60 days. Also because I never recieved their confirmation letter, they've sent another one out. This is finally sorted after 1 whole year and I've noticed their webteam deal with queries much quicker and way more efficiently than their other departments. Webteam is extremely helpful. A strong email threatening to take o2 to court and to send a strong letter to the CEO did the trick lol

      You got the result you wanted :clap2: I think the crime reference number finally did the trick. O2 may not have wanted to believe your version of events but they couldn't ignore a police report.
