    Re: Default & FOS

I have had a final response = 1 year + later, same result as adjudication, but they state they are an "Informal Forum", Banks would have accept as legally Binding, but you can sign that do do not agree with the decision you have 1 month to do so. What if I did not bother signing which I might not?!

also noted they state they do not make decisions on certain subjects but leave it to the courts, so folks any CCA etc question ignore FOS Informal Forum.

Thanks for your feedback Mike, amongst other things my other concern is that this weakens my position regardless of what other route I take - creditor can simply rely on this decision to justify their erroneous decision rendering the CCA and any other legislation I would want to rely on useless - excuse the sarcasm - therefore what point legislation and rule of law when it is not being applied a creditor did not issue DN , they and FOS accept this fact - this should have been an easy decision - it has now turned into an argument then will o on and just knock back my recovery from depression - what chance of repairing my life!,,,,,,,
