Mostly people here typically report receiving (and ignoring) 3 or 4 letters before they stop but there is no guarantee that is all they will send.

Me and my friend went into a Sainsbury’s and he decided to steal a crisps and a biscuit packet. During this he asked me to put the chips into his bag so I did. He was trying to walk out when we got stopped and the security physically abused us and took us to the back. From there we gave the items back which I had none on me. Then the security punched me for absolutely no reason , over and over again . I had bruises , cut lip , 3 grown men punching a minor , a worker also joined in for the fun of it. Now I’ve received a letter from DWF asking for £150. The police got involved since I got abused, the staff turns their body cameras on and took us to the back with no cameras to hit us (minors). What do I do in this situation
