Pity he wasn't after the poor service they give complaints from ecxperience most companies customer service departments serve the masters not the customers

A formal complaint to the CEO including proof of your 'non-residence' at the time the contract was taken out might do the trick ... and possibly a vociferous online campaign showing how VF have let you down??
