Hi I was after some advice please.
I took out a loan in 2005 with Picture finance and got into trouble after loosing my job and ended up defaulting on the loan . I have checked my credit report and it was default dated march 2010 since Idem took over the loan in 2010 there has been no other input for the past 5 years what can I do to get them to update all my payment history as they say that they own it . I managed to get another job and carried on with the payments Now after looking on this site and some others I am worried that they still have refused to answer my SAR request in full and do they own it.
Any advice would by appreciated
