Hi, posting on behalf of my wife.

Had a letter from Ruthbridge ltd.

They say this residence has been identified by us as a forwarding address for our customer with whom we need establish contact. The information was verified and supplied to us by a CRA.

Please contact us immediately not he tel no etc quoting reference number so further info can be provided.

If no response is received then we will telephone you.

If you are not the person named above please disregard this letter. If you now where the person resides please telephone us so we can update our records.

My wife does not want to call them as she has no idea who it is..

Sounds like a :fish2: trip to me ... unless it is a LBA or court papers, I'd say she's fine to ignore it :tinysmile_twink_t2:

If Ruthbridge has it grubby hands on any debt it is undoubtedly either very old or unenforceable , this bunch seems to handle duff debts
no one else will touch and have been passed around the debt collection industry.
Some years ago the company was known as the Twickenham Twisters well known for making outrageous threats of very unpleasant nature.

Please do not phone them the letter is nonsense ignore it if Ruthbridge phones Do Not answer any security questions and just say
IN WRITING ONLY and hang up.
