Having just checked all of my credit files after having a default removed was very unhappy to find call credit showing a ccj on my credit file.(clear with equifax and experian)
The ccj in question is from 2010 in the name Mr Alen Roberts to my mum and dads address my dads full name is Mr Thomas Alen Roberts and my name is Mr Garreth Alen Roberts and hove not lived at that address since 2006.
the ccj was issued by Hunts County Bats Who I have never had any dealing with ever. Who's fault is it that this is on there? and which would be the best way to get this removed?
