  • Stevo ~ Citi ~ 1st Credit ~ Experian

:rain: Not sure where to start with this one, heads up my ass as usual.

Had an ongoing fling with citi/1st credit, turns out no CCA so unenforceable.

Used one of CBs letters to try and get the default removed which was on my file in 1st Credits name. No Joy.

Received an alert today with the addition of a new account on my file, lo and behold, Citi have added my original account so my account now shows 2 defaults, and double the amount of outstanding debt.

Dont know where to start, who to approach first.

Citis file is marked as settled, 1st credit is not.

    Any ideas :help:

I have sent a message to experian asking them to remove both entries.
Explained they were for the same alleged account and explained i had asked for proof of the alleged debts, and as no CCA was available i beieve the entries were misleading.

i'll see what they say first.

You'll likely get the normal response from them about fair process and other bovine.

So Citi marked as settled, but 1st are still keeping the default.
      I assume they haven't even sent a DN ?
