  • Default date changes

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help.

I’ve noticed that the default I have from E.on that previously said it started in June ‘20 now says it started in July ‘20. I’m currently disputing the default, and the date it was raised is one argument I have against default being raised.

I have noticed this change since I put in an SAR with E.on and there is no notice on my credit file that they’ve changed the date… in fact all reports since I have had Experian set up now have the default date in July.

Stupidly, I didn’t have any screenshots showing the date as June but my own notes all say June.

Has anyone had any experience in this happening before and is there anything I can do?

I never received a default notice from E.on so I can’t corroborate it with that either.

Any help is very much appreciated!!
