  • Arrow Global missed payments on file

I missed 5 payments on a very account in 2012. After 7 payments I made a few payments via step change and entered a CCA request. They could not provide paperwork. In 2018 arrow global were still posting missed payments on my credit file. After making a complaint they stated that very didn’t default my account as a good will gesture and the accounts are still live. After years of trying to rebuild my credit I pay them £40 per month I asked could I reduce the payments due to low income and they refused stating I could pay less but my credit file will be affected !

I was given some cash by my mum to clear the debt which was 20% of the debt. They refused. Is there anyway out of this hell. I made the payment 1 day late last month and today they updated my file with another missed payment marker

I’m struggling with the payments but can’t bear another 6 years of credit file damage even though the debt is unenforceable. Any advice is gratefully accepted.

Debt is enforcable as you have made payments within the last 6 years.

I have not missed a payments. The due date is 30th of the month and I pay direct debit on 12th. For some reasons they are adding missed payment markers to my file. How can I stop this. It’s ruining my life.

Ok - send a subject access request to Very for all data for the account. Raise complaint in writing/email regarding payment markers. Misreporting your data to CRAs is not a wise move in terms of responsible data management.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
