    Hi there,

I have followed the steps above, entered the defence suggested and requested a copy of loan agreement and default notice.

I did not receive the default notice as they sent it to my old address. They have today sent a copy loan agreement and default notice within the prescribed period.

The loan was taken out in 2013.

The copy loan agreement has not been signed by the creditor, they state it has been authorised by their client on xx date and stamped the bottom of each page signed for and on behalf of YB authorised official and a number and date, no signature just a stamp imprint. Also the creditor signature box and date are empty.

What should my next steps be - any help?
