Just wondering, on a CCA request there needs to be the creditors address, should this be registered office or principal place of business or doesn't it matter. Looking at the infamous Cap 1 they changed their registered address after 2008

Legally companies must disclose the address of their principle place of business, i.e. trading address, or HQ address if many trading address, but only if different to the registered address on all companies external documents (letters, invoices, quotes, payslips etc etc) and websites. So i would say, yes it would be the principal place of business address!

On a true copy it has to be the address that they used on the original otherwise it's not a true copy. Whether that complies with other regulations or not is neither here not there as far as s77/8 is concerned.

Thanks I am more interested as to the prescribed terms as this is an agreement from 2005. S78's are always a bit dodgy to rely on especially the later they are as more companies did seem to get their acts together.

The address is not a prescribed term in schedule 6 with which 127(3) is concerned.

It is a schedule 1 term which is covered by 127(1) which a court may or may not help with.
