Current account agreed Overdraft CCA

Hi can anybody tell me if and agreed current account overdraft is regulated by the CCA? some say yes and some say no i cant find a definitive answer.

No not in the way a unsecured loan or credit card is regulated, there is a" letter granting a facility and acceptance" usually supplied laying out the terms and condition of said facility.

Part 5 exemption buy some legal opinion is that an overdraft is caught by section 78 (requests) .
