If there are differeing amounts on the Bill of Sale and the Credit Agreement, is either one void?

Hi
Any credit issued must be regulated and take the form of an executed agreement. The agreement should have been issued at the same time as the BOS and the respective credit figures should tally.
As said we could do with more detail can we see the documents(suitably redacted), also was there any further advances subsequent to the initial execution of the loan.

You are correct in that the BOS should be independently witnessed.
