I subscribed to a website on a 3 months subscription and I instantly removed the automatic renewal (because I've been caught before on this!!). The company has taken the renewal and when I contacted them to say I cancelled it they say they have no record of it and because I cannot produce the email confirming it then they say clearly it did not happen. Is there anything I can do about this? Are there any cooling off period rights to these?
