Chubb & Bruce v Dean & Anr

Has anyone have any views on how the recent case effects lenders trying to secure Post Judgment Interest by way of a charge.

This could have far reaching consequences in regard to Creditors trying to secure Post Judgment interest, PJI was discussed on here way back in May 2007 I think.
I would really welcome some input.
