  • Default - not CCA agreement

    Hi

I have a disputed debt with Avon. They have issued a default on my credit file:doggieyes:. However, when I asked for a copy of my CCA agreement, they have replied and said its not covered under the CCA.

My question is whether defaults can be issued when the agreement is not covered by the CCA?

    Thanks

Yes, the default marker is just a record of repayments made under a contract, it does not have to be a credit contract.
