Hi
I am after some advice; I signed a credit agreement in May last year to begin in August 2012 with Ashburn Financial Services for my local gym. I have been suffering over the last few months with migraines and have therefore been unable to attend. I got a letter from my doctor stating I am unable to attend for the foreseeable future and that she hoped the letter would support termination of my gym services. I am now told by AFS that they can only suspend my contract and i should continue paying and any time i miss will be added to the end of the contract.
They say a letter from a consultant would be needed to terminate the contract. I have explained that at the moment i am not under a consultant.
Is there anyway of getting out of this contract?
