OK, so an interim can be applied for immediately if judgement is awarded, but is not listed with the land registry until 21 days before the hearing to complete, at which point a challenge could be made - is that correct?

    thanks

A notice will be put on the land registry on application and issuance of the interim notice( to stop you selling up), you then should have at least 21 days to prepare your defense before the hearing takes place to make the charge official.
