  • Littlewoods Charges questions.

I know there are hundreds of threads on various forums about claiming Littlewoods charges etc etc. Lot of them have complications that go WAY above my head.

What I am looking to do is for my mum.
She has had a Littlewoods catalogue for many years, always paid her bills etc.
I have noticed she has a few late charges applied to her account for paying one day over (she pays via cash and some dates full on a weekends where she couldn't get to a post office to pay)
So I want to reclaim these late charges for her.
    My concern is.................
If I start a claim will they start harassing her for paying her remaining balance, constanting calling her etc (I have read this on many threads)
I dont want her to worry as I am trying to do this on a down-low for her as she is very stressed about things.
She has had the catalogue for years and know she has no signed agreement because most catalogues don't, so she is well within her rights to claim.

Anyone been successful RECENTLY with claims? All threads I find are from 2 odd years ago
