    Hi Ancoma

    Welcome to Legal Beagles :beagle:

All the help you need to recover your Lloyds Credit Card charges is here:

I'm pretty sure there's a decent letter to dispute the difference between £12 argument they trot out as the first hurdle. Be persistent and you should get the whole lot back.

    Good Luck
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

LLoyds is the most stubborn of the high street banks to recover charges etc from in my experience.

Hi Ancoma and welcome. I always ask this question, as it can be difficult to reclaim penalties of £12 and under. Were you mis-sold any PPI by Lloyds ? Even if not directly related, it can often be used as an argument that the penalties would not have been incurred if you weren't paying for PPI.

No, no need to mention PPI of you weren't paying it, Ancoma. However - it would not necessarily have been called "PPI" on your monthly statements. Were there any charges listed each month which MAY have been insurance of any kind ?

Thanks for your respond.I did not find any other charges on my statement.
Anyway I have just written a pre action letter to Lloyds and will let you know when I receive any from them. Probably I will be looking for more help.
                Many thanks.
