  • Mediation required on a pre 2006 loan

I am asking if anyone knows who , or where I could find good advice on quite a complex unregulated loan, started in 2002. The issues are complex and with the Black Horse for a vehicle I purchased. I originally went to CAB who did something, and later to the Financial Ombudsman who could n t handle it, and advised a solicitor who really didn t want to know about it. I just want some expert advice thanks...:beagle:

Yes.. long story.,but it was in 2002 and the actual vehicle was worth £28k but with charges and other things the total debt was £40k It was repossessed and sold but by 27 months into the loan period I had paid £35k ... Financial Ombudsman can t help as they say its unregulated, not sure what that means to me...

i have just one sheet of the agreement I signed, when I pick it up from the solicitor I shall try to unravel the small print, I just feel that I have paid for this thing now, and I have retired so cant afford it really...Its a messy complex issue and just wish I could find someone who really knows about these things. The contract or agreement does not detail the trade in,it says very little in fact.
