Which Act? Request Claimant's Case documents from Court

Hi All,

Could you please let me know which act I need to refer to if I want to request from the County Court the Claimants supporting documents in my case?

I remember reading it somewhere on the forum, but I can not find it any more

Hi you can use pre acton protocols to request any information they rely on in their claim

You need to ask for them from the Claimant not from the Court John.

If Small Claims, CPR 31 is excluded.
