  • rolling credit agreement

    Hi All

    I need help with CCA's .

I had a catalouge agreement with Littlewoods , it was called Littlewoods Flexible Account. This was started in 2002.

I sent them a CCA in 2008 all they sent me back was a photocopy of a form which had my name , address and signature on it. It said credit agreement in the signature box. Also about being legally bound. That is all they sent.

They say that I am still legally bound to the credit agreement yet there is nothing regarding the credit agreement.

Any thoughts, due to unemployment , divorce proceedings etc the are one of many I would like to get off my back and off my credit rating.

I have told equifax i am in dispute but they will not remove the entry of default put on by Shop Direct.

    Breach of Data Protection ????

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE ?
