  • Judgement for Claimant

Received a judgement in the post for today for a CC against me.

After failing to negotiate a settlement pre court action I didn't contest the claim and sent the claimant a copy of my income and expenditure sheet indicating monthly payments of about £10. The judgement from the court says the claimant objected to the rate that I offered and has set the monthly repayment at £940 per month which is obviously unaffordable. Do you think the court saw my I&E? Might the claimants solicitors have kept it?

    What can I do?

I think you have to apply for a redetermination order from the court.
