Hi, I have case entering court VERY soon where I am essentially claiming their claqim is invalid based on the default containing penalty charges I note that this mirrors Brandon v Amex, and also understand that case is due to be appealed - could anyone provide details on the actual appeal documents along with the date of the appeal and court in which it is due to be held? Thanks

|It looks like to me that the date was estimated and it is awaiting further update of the definate date, this was last updated 8th July. You could always phone the court of Appeal and ask them if the date has now been set you should only have to quote the case number.Originally posted by leclerc View Post

Court Information and Addresses
You can call the listings office if you want and ask them which court it is listed for.
You would need the reference number which is this: B2/2010/1463
From the list I would have thought this number is the right one to call: 0208 7947 7354"Family means that no one gets forgotten or left behind"

I can’t help feeling that people are putting too much importance on this hearing.
Whichever way it goes it is not going to change anything. This is an appeal against the right to hand down a summary judgment that is all. The issues within that judgement still have to be decided should the court consider that they are even worthy of discussion. That is what the appeal will decide.
At least that is the way I read it.
