Been muched discused this appeal, does anyone know which issues are actullly being appealed, there are so many contentious decisions within the one judgment.

You can call the listings office if you want and ask them which court it is listed for.
You would need the reference number which is this: B2/2010/1463
From the list I would have thought this number is the right one to call: 0208 7947 7354

|It looks like to me that the date was estimated and it is awaiting further update of the definate date, this was last updated 8th July. You could always phone the court of Appeal and ask them if the date has now been set you should only have to quote the case number.
