    experian add their own standard wording (?) which is pretty non-descript.

    lenders don't care about notices of correction imo anyway - their credit scoring systems don't recognise them.

      when I have tried to pay anyway so does CPTUR2008 protect the consumer from being passed around DCA and clear up the confusion of who you should pay when more than one is chasing you
      If the defendant does not deny signing the agreement the claimant would need to prove on balance that the agreement did included the prescribed terms.

      In your case it may be worth researching time orders.
