Hi, I have a ccj and a charging order (yesterday) against me. There has been no default notice and no noa ever produced. In court yesterday the judge granted charging order even though the statutory 21 days between interim charging order and hearing had not been met! - Is there anything I can do please

Re: Robinson way
Hi, Yes it is, I knew I had posted somewhere. It is all just so stressful I can't think half the time what I'm doing. I don't know where to turn. I had a judgement against me because whilst my solicitor had put a good argument together he didnt go to court on two occasions, so on the last court hearing the judge awarded judment. I didn't know about any of it as all info from court went to my solicitor who never informed me.Solicitor had obviously decided not to pursue it as it was in small claims so costs were capped and so he just decided not to pursue but didn't bothered to tell me! I have a formal complaint against them. Had he told me I would have gone to court to try to defend it, but it just looks as though I wasn;t bothered.
