    Just rang the court and after waiting for what seems like forever was told that it has been discontinued and i do not need to file a defense.

    I'm just waiting for contact from the next person that the debt is passed on too.

    Luckily for me i have learnt a hell of lot regarding my rights in regards to disputed debts and will be using this knowledge when dealing with these people.
