      Jumper, they do let us know they are changing the rate.

      The problem is nobody seems to know what yardstick they are using to alter the rates. When they tell you that they can increase according to "costs associated with the smooth and efficient running of our business" then they have to shut shop cause they are *****e, what hope have you got?

        they also reconstruct agreements with T&C's that did not apply at the time of entering into the contract such as their right to charge contractual interest AFTER judgment which unless its already in the contract they cannot lawfully apply re OFT v First National Bank
