unenforceable ?

Hi just got CCA request reconstituted agreement from Intelligent Finance ( Halifax) do not agree with my original agreement My adress is not onthe original but it is on the reconstitued copy. Is this attempted fraud?

Impossible to tell without actually SEEING the paperwork.

Recon agreements are acceptable to comply with a CCA request as per Carey judgement.
